Foundational Objectives


The International Social Action Foundation is an NGO established on December 14, 2008. Organized as a Confederation, is to carry out cultural, educational, seminars, conferences, coordinated approach with the appropriate government institutions in the following areas: a) Social Action, b) Human rights, c) The Universal Rights of the Child and rights of women, d) The Elderly, e) The Environment, f) La Paz, g) Education, culture, science and technology, h) Social integration, i) Health, j) and Claim commemoration of national and international historical events through participation in official events and development and / or maintenance of statues and monuments, k) The recovery, preservation and collection of documents for the creation of an archive and library of the Social Action Foundation, l ) Formation of a federal national structure, through framework agreements or mergers with other institutions that may thus be integrated into a worldwide global network for the dissemination and purposes herein expressed, m) international relations provided by ongoing activities to develop programs , seminars, lectures, conferences and / or discussions of issues of various kinds, n) originating Aboriginal Peoples, ñ) Safety, o) The establishment of the International University "September 11" dedicated to Humanities and Social Sciences.

The International Social Action Foundation is committed to contributing to building a society founded on truth and freedom, on respect for life and human dignity, justice and social solidarity. The key issue is to educate young people with a sense of solidarity and volunteering is the motto of the Foundation. They are the foundation of our future society in which we actively engage them jointly and participate not only as actors but as social transformation that they can perform.

It aims to bring together parliamentarians who adhere to the Charter of the World Social Forum to exchange ideas and advance proposals for action in order to make this statement "another world is possible."The World Parliamentary Forum was created in January 2001 in Porto Alegre at the initiative of the deputies Tarcisio Zimmerman (Member of Parliament of Brazil) and Francis Wurtz (MEP), to support the World Social Forum in counter Economic Forum in Davos (Switzerland). After Porto Alegre, the World Parliamentary Forum meeting in Cancun, (with a clear message to the Ministerial Conference of the WTO), Mumbai, Caracas, Bamako, Nairobi, Belém (Brazil) and Dakar.The World Parliamentary Forum is a process rather than an event.
